Difference between IBM DB2 Content Management and IBM content management

I am new to IBM content management. While reading through content management documents on internet, i came across two different terms, 'IBM DB2 Content Management' and 'IBM content management'.

What is the difference between IBM DB2 Content Management and IBM content management?
Are they same? or is there any version difference between them?

IBM Content Management is the name of a set of products. In lower case,
it means: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Content_management_system
